As per our gotomeeting,
- We ran the license reset tool and the configuration wizard to refresh the Solarwinds license. (this requires a speacial tool from solarwinds that has a password we dont know )
- We went back to the Orion web license manager to activate the license but the page is not able to load. Tested it on other web browsers as well as provide permission to the Solarwinds web files. We, therefore re-create the Solarwinds website to resolve the issue and re-activate all the Solarwinds module licenses. (recreated by deleting orion website (after backing up iis), than running config wizard which takes about 30minutes )
- Next, we found another issue with NCM license showing as evaluation expired. Tested on a temp NCM key with a restart of the Solarwinds services but still no go. Therefore, we re-ran the configuration wizard one more time for the license to take.
